Representing a fusion of innovative design and uncompromising performance, this project redefines the boundaries of rally style off-road capability while maintaining the sleek aesthetics of the original Porsche 991 Turbo. Seamless Integration of Performance Enhancements: The E-Motion Engineering team embarked on a mission to seamlessly integrate enhancements that pay homage to the classic body lines of the Porsche 991 Turbo. What appears to be a factory-like exterior hides a complex and meticulously crafted underpinning, demonstrating the team's dedication to both form and function. The Art of Refinement: In pursuit of automotive perfection, E-Motion Engineering embraced the philosophy that "the final 10% takes 50% of the effort." Every aspect of the 991 Turbo Safari underwent meticulous refinement, setting this build apart as a symbol of unparalleled craftsmanship and attention to detail. E-Motion Engineering designed and built new front dampers with high misalignment lower control arms, ensuring optimal front axle clearance and suspension travel. The result is a vehicle that not only looks striking but also delivers a smooth and controlled ride on any road. A Riot on the Road: The first road test of the 991 Turbo Safari left no room for doubt – this machine is set to be a riot on any terrain. Collaboration with KW Suspension produced Competition 3 Ways dampers, while E-Motion's control arm and spherical bushing replacements guarantee strength, geometry, and articulation. Paired with 29” Falken AT Trail tires on KMC wheels, the 991 Turbo Safari is ready to conquer diverse landscapes. Full Skid Plate Armor: With their experience rallying a 997 GT3 Cup, converted to rally spec in house over the last 3 years, E-Motion Engineering recognizes the need for robust protection. Equipping the 991 Turbo Safari with full skid plate coverage for the engine, transmission, turbos, and intercoolers. Tubular bumpers and Kevlar underbody panel replacements serve as the first line of defense, allowing enthusiasts to push the limits without compromising vital components. The original three radiators located behind the front bumper skin have been removed and replaced with E-Motion’s GT3R Style hood and single, trunk mounted, radiator conversion. With the radiator out of harms way and protected by the original “impact strip” and upgraded tubular bumpers, clients can’t be reassured that vulnerabilities have been addressed.
