Brief History:

Abarth #1015 is one of 20 cars Porsche had specially built under the direction of Carlo Abarth with Italian aluminum coachwork to both reduce weight and reduce aerodynamic drag. #1015 was most notably raced by Gerhard Kock, winning the German GT Driving Championships in the GT 1600 class in 1962. It was later upgraded by the factory with a 2 liter Carrera 587/2 motor.

My most unique quality is...

2 liter upgrade made these the fastest road going Porsches until the 904.

My owner got me because...

Feels it is the most beautiful Porsche of all time.

One surprising thing abut me is...

Only 20 were made and all are slightly unique due to their handbuilt Coachworks.
